Ho do I change the email that populates on the invoice under "business information"

Hello Community --
The email address for my company that populates when I create an invoice is not the one I want to show. I have added the correct email address to my account and profile. However, this does not appear as an option in the drop down under "Business Information" when I create an invoice.
Does anyone know how to add another email address to this option?
