Hacked!

Hello! My account was recently hacked & money was taken out of my bank account. Issue was been resolved, but I'm still trying to think who may have done this. Is there a way that PayPal can tell me the location (state/city) of where my password was changed. Since obviously they won't know who did this. Trying to get somewhat an idea. This is the second account I have that gets locked due to password issues.

i got the same issue but my problem didn't  resolve i am still waiting from 11.4.2020 some one hack my account and empty my bank wallet  when he finish he delete my Paypal account i open i ticket to the support but i didn't   get help so fast due to covid-19 all i want is my account and money back
