Error changing password

I know my password and I can log in, and I've been wanting to change my password for over a week now, but every time it says there has been an error, try again later, etc. etc. Anyway to get past this error?

It seems like our system is preventing you from logging in but it does not seem like your password has been inserted incorrectly. I would recommend contacting our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available. You can also contact us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/PayPal) or on Twitter (@AskPayPal).

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- Someone added an email to my account so I changed password and deleted that email. in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- one of my friend can't confirm his email in My Account Archives
