Error changing password

I know my password and I can log in, and I've been wanting to change my password for over a week now, but every time it says there has been an error, try again later, etc. etc. Anyway to get past this error?

It seems like our system is preventing you from logging in but it does not seem like your password has been inserted incorrectly.
