To say that in the past three hours I have received the worst customer service would be a understatement.
I have been on the phone for a total of 2+ hours trying to resolve issues with connecting my bank account to my account only to be disconnect many times, either via the chat service or on the phone. And have been on hold for over 50 minutes.
I am trying to connect my TransferWise account to my Paypal account. I had a rep tell me this was unnecessary or impossible, when in fact, up until yesterday I had it connected to another account.
I MUST have a US account connected to my Paypal, because as a Canadian providing services to those in the US your transfer rates are absolutely unacceptable, costing me 40$ plus each 1000$ I convert via your transfer rate.
