Hello i want to close my account because PayPal don’t lets me to use my account anymore and i have 250€ on my account i can’t withdraw it also and i try to close my account maybe after that they can let me to withdraw my own money
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
