Change paypal account from business to personnal

I have the same issue . i wanna delete busines and go back to personal account ! Let me know about this or how to do it . Cause all forum reports ar from 2017

To downgrade your PayPal business account to a personal account, please contact Customer Support directly to submit an official request.
