When I tried to update my debit card's date and CSC, (about 10:30 PM PDT) I got an error message, "We cannot update your card at this time." Is this happening to others besides me? Is this an after-hours glitch and i should try again tomorrow?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
