Hi @Kimbols,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to log in to your Personal account. Please try the password recovery options on the website. If those options do not work for any reason, please try contacting PayPal by phone. You can click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then call as a guest to get the number to call.

 

I hope this is able to be quickly resolved!
