Can't log on to PayPal directly from the email notice that I have money waiting

When I click "Accept The Money", I get this notice:

The previous page is sending you to an invalid url (http://?utm_source=unp&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=PPC000955&utm_unptid=cd660684-0f84-11ea-b9d2-b875c0b0bf0d&ppid=PPC000955&cnac=US&rsta=en_US&cust=28FA3SRB9GK56&unptid=cd660684-0f84-11ea-b9d2-b875c0b0bf0d&calc=606bd79a3e295&unp_tpcid=sendmoney-receiver&page=main:email:PPC000955:::&pgrp=main:email&e=cl&mchn=em&s=ci&mail=sys).

I have to sneak in another way.
