Can't link PayPal to ebay

Hi,

I can't link my PayPal to Ebay as its saying "Your PayPal account must be in good standing in order to link it to your eBay account. Please log in to your PayPal account to see how you can bring your account into good standing."

Does anyone know the solution to this please?
