Hello,i have a bit of a problem,you see someone,somehow,somewhere got access to my old paypal account and now i have my email address linked to it.I cannot change the password because it requires me to enter a code sent to that persons account,but they also don't do anything shady as far as i am concerned.Is there anyway to terminate that account?
