I am trying to add my PayPal account as a form of payment to my back office site.. when I click ‘add account’ it just takes me to PayPal and doesn’t ask me authorize anything.. how do I add access to my account I guess?
It sounds like this may be a browser issue. I would advise clearing your cache and cookies, ensuring your browser is up-to-date, and trying a different browser or device. I hope the issue is resolved soon!
