I have lost my phone and mistook the password.
now i got locked out of my account. i asked the twitter customer service but they just repeat that i should download the app
even though the app also asks for a phone number...
any1 can help?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
