trying to resolve a security issue related to linking a new bank account

I tried to link a new bank account but got the following error:
We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.
I then tried online chat, but the agent told me that this was a security verification issue and that I needed to cal[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]in order to verify the security questions.
I then tried callin[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] but ended up with a recorded message saying that the customer service line was now closed.
What is the best way to resolve this issue?
