trouble verifying my account

Hi, I don't use a cell phone and paypal is requiring to verify my account by sending me a text. Their bot doesn't understand my problem, they aren't taking phone calls and I need to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Allisonjo45
