sms and calls don't work, I can't log in any way

Good day. I do not receive an SMS message with a confirmation verification code on my mobile phone. PayPal phone calls don't work either. I can't log in to my account in any way.
I need help because there is no official email on PayPal, they are afraid of their customers. I beg you for help. Thank you.
