Hey kimjonze,
Uh oh! Do you have another number on the account? If not, you'll need to add another number before you can remove the current one. Is the number you're trying to move set to primary? If so, you need to change the primary number to one you're keeping in order for the system to allow it to be removed. If you've done both of those and are still having issues, our internal security may be having trouble verifying you, which would mean you'll need to call us to have the issue resolved.
