recieving payments

When I opened my acct. person could just seaarch name...<removed>  and make a payment to me...Now it appears that doesn't work??

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

As long as PayPal.Me is available in their country, anyone can send you money through your PayPal.Me link, and even set up their own PayPal account if they need to. 

Can you check the Paypal.Me link on your account? Go to Settings > Profile > and you would see your link from there. As long as it is showing as active, there should not be any issue.

Thanks...I can get to my site..Problem is people can't go directly as I was told they could??  confusing to type address and not get there.  Mine is....   PayPal.Me/Rosmus...Why does it not go direct??

Hi again @Goosie6969 I have checked it and it goes directly to your page. It might have been that it has mistyped. Are they in the same country as yours? There are some countries where Paypal.me is not available. Did they mention what page comes up?
