I have a rather unusual problem. Years ago when i created a paypal account, i didn't use my legal name, i used my online name which is a shortened version of my legal name. Paypal didn't verify user accounts like they do now.
Now when i attempt to update my account with my info like drivers license and SS#, i can't do it because my legal id doesn't match my account name.
