Thank you i appreciate the response. i haven't already done facebook or twitter, but it is rather telling that you would suggest it. Like that's what these people have come to? go to facebook to reach customer service to cancel a payment? How absolutely unacceptable is that? Twitter? For customer service? All those other options (i've already tried) are a joke. it's not entirely their fault. my bank declined the payment AND **bleep** me for $26 for NSF. that's when i told PP to cancel it. What is PP's fault is that, 3 days later, they bill my bank again, my bank F's up again for ANOTHER $26. now is PP gonna disregard my specific order again? Of course i went to the Manage Auto Payments page and that's where i canceled the damn payment.
