Ok, I can add an additional user to my business account, but it doesn not have an email address for the additional user. An email address is required to login to PayPal here. I've tried logging in with the user ID and password I setup, it won't even try, it says that the ID is not an email address. How is this supposed to work?

I am also trying to set my other users up with PayPal Here on dedicated Samsung Galaxy tablets but the PayPal Here app keeps giving me the message, "Use Primary Account The primary account holder must log in to continue." But then when I tap OK it fades out for a moment then the messages returns with out giving me an opportunity to log in.

To enable other employees to use additional card readers with PayPal Here™ the customer will need to enable their employees for Request Money and "Send Invoices" in Multi User Access.
You will also want to ensure that your Samsung tablet has a strong connection to the internet and has location services active.
Here are step by step instructions on how to add a user to your business account and how to set their permissions.
You can add another person to your Business account and control how much of your account they can access. Multiple secondary users may access your PayPal account at the same time as you use a unique ID and Password. Secondary users would sign in using this unique ID and password instead of an email address.
Account privileges include options to allow specific users to edit your profile, view your account balance, and discuss your account with Customer Service (a maximum of 8 users can discuss the account).
For adding additional users for the first time:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
- Click Account Access on the left.
- Click Get Started next to "Manage users".
- Click Add user.
- Enter the new account credentials and personal information of the user you are adding and click Continue.
- Select which account privileges you want the user to have (such as permission to speak to customer service regarding account details), then click Continue.
- Click Done.
When returning to edit users or user privileges:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
- Click Account Access on the left.
- Click Update next to "Manage users".
- Click on the user you'd like to edit.
- Click Edit Next to "Personal Information" or "Permissions".
- Make your changes then click Done.
To remove a secondary user from your account:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
- Click Account Access on the left.
- Click Update next to "Manage users".
- Click on the user you'd like to edit.
- Click Edit next to "Personal Information".
- Click Remove this User at the bottom of the page.
To add users through PayPal Here, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the PayPal Here mobile app.
- Tap the menu button at the upper left-hand corner or the screen.
- Tap the Settings option, then select User Management.
- Tap Add in the upper right-hand corner.
- Create Username, Password, and select the permissions you would like the user to have, then tap Done in the upper right-hand corner of the screen once again.
Tips:
- For PayPal Here, a user must have the privilege to request money and send invoices. It is recommended to give the "Process refunds" permission to your users in case a customer requests one.
- PayPal Here helps you maximize sales opportunities, allowing multiple users to take payments that funnel into one PayPal account.
- The User ID you create for your additional users should be 8-16 English alphabet characters, have no special characters, and must be unique.
- When users log into the app, they will put their username where it says "Email".
- There is a limit of 8 secondary users who can have permission for the "Discuss Account with Customer Service” access option.
- You may have to pass a security check when adding a user.

I too am having an issue logging into the user accounts I have created for our theatre. We want the box office to have the ability to take money but not see the balance or send money to others. Unfortunately we are getting the error of not an email address and/or acting like the password is incorrect when we know with 100% certainty it is correct.
Any ideas on how we fix this issue and get logged in with our user accounts instead of the main account with an email address and all permissions?
