log in problems

recently within last 30 days evey two or three days i can't log in, screen comes up saying some of my information isn't correct, i have to change my password. i have changed it over ten times in last month. i am not using automatic log in anymore, i type password in everytime, at first i thought was my pc now i don't believe it is. anyone else having this issue.

About 2 days ago, I also couldn't log in to xoom. It also shows that an error occurred. I don't know if my pc vs phone is faulty or xoom is faulty!!!
