Hello can anyone help me or figure out a way around this my french paypal account seems to have been blocked and the only way it can be unblocked is by calling the french customer service and I dont speak french so no one can help me on that line and it cannot be resolved online only by phone.
They did give me an english speaking french line number which was <removed>or <removed> but none seem to work.
Can anyone give me a correct number or is there an email address I have complained via my english uk based paypal account but no response to that any ideas?
