how to log in if you dont get help from Paypal

Pls can I get help.  I have tried everything to log in to my Paypal account with my own email address but can not log in.  I have not logged in on my fathers email address to get help.  HOW DO I LOG IN OR ASK PAYPAL FOR HELP IF THEY DONT TAKE EMAILS.  I CANNOT PHONE THEM AS I LIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA.  Please  help me.  Thanks  Claudette

You have to call PayPal as guest if you cannot log on to your own account. It is the only way. Click "Help" at the top menu, then scroll down and click "Contact Us" and then select the phone as guest option. Press zero when on the line to get an operator.
