i reside in qatar , i am not being able to link my payment account since i want to receive some amount in my saving account through paypal. We have iban numbers instead of account numbers in Qatar. Please help.
Sadly you can't add a local bank account in your country. The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company. So the option to withdraw funds is sadly not available.
