how come I have to verify my acc every time i login?

I have to verify my acc every time i login by sending a text to my phone, but I have not used that number for a long time, so what am I suppose to do ?

Paypal uses your linked phone to verify you, so you are supposed to make sure you keep that information up to date.

Suggest you contact customer services to see if they can do it via security questions etc.
