I don't quite understand what you mean about delete a payment when you receive a item purchased as this means that you don't want to do three purchase. Or do you want it removed from record? You as a buyer have protection based on criteria on your user agreement buyer protection. As a seller you also have the seller protection. So if you are a seller and you comply with the terms of the policy you are good. The premise is the buyer decided to make the purchase and we don't allow buyers remorse as a valid reason to cancel a transaction. The buyer even has a confirmation page that they have to confirm if they are sure of making the purchase.
Information on the account is permanently to provide useful reference should there be a problem with the transaction.
Could you clarify why?!
