To activate it on the PayPal Mobile App:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Settings cog in the top right corner.
  3. Select PayPal Cash Card.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Click Activate Card.

i do it and cative visa // but the account not send money or recivd any money about 5 day till now
