Hi All, can anyone guess why I cannot delete some redundant phone numbers from my paypal accounts (incorrect and numbers not owned any longer)? There is no remove or delete icon at all, cannot do anything with either of them, not even editing, the only icon available anywhere is the "+ Add new". There is a message "To change your primary phone number, you’ll need to add a new one and make that your primary.", but all of them, including the one active number is marked as "primary" (with work, mobile etc. labels). Luckily my one and only live number is marked as "mobile" (hopefully to be used for sending any verification codes), but still I wouldn't like the numbers that I don't own to remain in my account.
If customer service is the only way: the only option I could find is a phone number <removed>, but I have no idea how much it would cost calling that from Europe?, let alone whether I could realistically reach someone. Is there any other way f contacting paypal cust. service?
Minor nuisance, but also cannot change time zone in the settings of my account, and it defaults to some pacific zone :(. I've been using a script etc.-blocker free browser for the above, so that cannot be the issue either.
