account problems

Hello,

I had ordered an item through my credit card that I didn't realize was going to be through my PayPal account. The item has not arrived, and it seems I need to activate my PayPal account in order for it to do so. Currently, Paypal does not recognize my password, and when I tried to update my account it sent a pass code to my mobile number. However, my mobile number is my landline, so I can't access the text.

I had to create a new account just so I could log on to your forum to present this question.

How do I fix this problem so I can receive the item I've purchased?
