I have had a PayPal acc since 2017 but never used it. I am from South Africa. I updated my bank cards on Paypal today etc. however when I tried to log on to scribie it says my Paypal isn't verified. HOWEVER, when I go to Paypal it doesn't indicate what is missing or still required to verify
