Currently my account theft. There is no more balance and nothing my card and bank information left on my account. It looks totally brand new account. So I called to PayPal and used my phone number and my social number to check my account balance, and fortunately the balance still in there. But I can not check these information anymore through my account logged on payapl.com. It seems- my original account information has transffered to different email address, but can check only by my social number verification through phone call to paypal. - through my log on paypal.com(email or mobile phone number log in) seems totally brand new account.(no balance, nothing card and bank information) Few hours ago, one email came from PayPal. "New email address added - Email removed mail.ru" And one verification text message came to my phone while later. Then I clicked "No" Currently the PayPal service center not working due to COVID19. I have to wait tomorrow morning to call PayPal. But I'm worrying about this situation. Please help.
