Why i can't choise czech language and set czech account and number?

Hello i have problem, that I can't choise czech language and set czech account and phone number. I can use just English, Français, Español  and Chinese

Is here somebody who can help me, how to setup czech bank account and phone number?

You have a U.S paypal account so are you actually in the U.S?

I am from Czech republic, now i am here too and paypal was registred too here in Czech republic, I really dont know what happends with it. In my person account is all okey, i can select czech lang and add Czech informations about bank account or phone number, but here no.  Some **bleep** happend.
