I try to add a totally new card to my wallet to use paypal. Card was totally new because my bank send me a new one. I also tried same another bank card which already used in paypal, only difference was different card number. And I got money in bank account with card was connected. It reply this when I trying to verify my card: “We had to remove Visa Debit *** card from your account. We couldn’t confirm that you’re the owner of this card. Contact the card issuer or link another one.” Yep, try to link another one, didn’t work. Bad system.
