Where is My Account tab on pay pal

I'm trying to add: https://www.paypal.com/signin?v=1&utm_source=unp&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=RT000165&utm_unptid=3... to my pay pal account as per instructions from email sent to me re: my first payment to my email.

It tells me to go to My Account tab but, I don't see that tab on my Pay Pal let alone the Profile subtab. How to I do this?

Profile is the cog shaped icon next to log out.
