Trying to buy cryptocurrency, continuous errors. So I tried to talk to someone from PayPal. The contact us button asks if I want to chat, so I say yes. Then it tells me to try back during business hours (it's only 3:43 pm PT- supposed to be open until 😎 and then I tried the call option. I get a rapid busy signal. Anyone have any ideas what's going on? Is it just me?
