Verified, but cannot get Depop shopping label

I’ve verified 2 emails in my Paypal account. I’ve also verified 2 debit cards and a bank account. They all say confirmed when I check them in my settings. But I still cannot access a shipping label for the items I’ve sold on the app Depop. I’m very frustrated by this because I’ve been unable to ship two items I’ve sold. I’ve also tried deleting and redownloading the Depop app.
