Verification Code

I am trying to buy/rent movies on iTunes with my Apple TV 4K. I have confirmed PayPal as my payment method in my settings.

However on my Apple TV 4K I am always asked this - "Verification Required. You can generate a code on PayPal.com/getcode"

Every time I try to generate a code from that link and then type it in, it never works. I just get the same screen message repeated followed by "OK"

How can I get PayPal to work with my Apple TV 4K? Do I need a certain, specific Verification Code?

I’m having the same problem cant buy anything from the App Store, doesn’t send me a verification code to my phone, ready to give up
