We need to close our previous account and open a new one in order to have all of the correct company information, yet we are unable to use our previous emails for the new account. Are we able to use those emails once the previous account is fully closed? Or are they in the system forever that cannot be used for another account?

If the account is closed then in theory yes you should be able to use that email address on a new account HOWEVER in practice some folks have been unable to do that so its a case of try it and see.
Advice is voluntary.
