I have a old PayPal account linked up to my bank I have forgot my PayPal password and I have just created a new account and I can't add my bank because its already linked up to my old paypal
You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited.
So you need to contact customer services to regain access to your old account and close it and remove your bank account.
Would have been easier to have contacted them and regained access instead of opening another one really.
