Unable to accept payment

I am unable to accept payment.  When I click on accept I am told to verify account.  Account has now been verified but I am in a continuous loop of being ask to verify when I try to accept payment. Any suggestions?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
