I have two accounts. One in the USA and one in the UK. I do not need the one in the USA. I have been using the UK account for 8 years without any problem. But a recent sale on Ebay sent the money to the USA account. And when I try to log in for the UK I get the USA account always. I can no longer login to the UK. I called the PayPal USA help line and was instructed to transfer the balance to myself at my UK account but this did not go through. I tried this multiple times. I get the message that the transfer can not be completed at this time. I tried to close the USA account and got the same message. All of the bank and card details in the USA are all irrelevant now and closed. So I am in the UK my money is in the USA. what do I do?
