Hello, i had to relocate back to my home country (India) from Malaysia, my funds are stuck in Paypal wallet I can't send anyone any money. I dont have access to my malaysian bank account anymore too, if anyone knows how can get back the funds to my new paypal which i opened in India, do tell or share you suggestions on what can be done.
