Trouble Updating Address

Has anyone else found it impossible to update your address on PayPal? I have followed all instructions, changed address in my wallet -- still no change on invoices. I've written the same invoice 5 times because of this -- frustrating. Suggestions welcome.

You need to change the billing address of any cards first.

Then click on settings icon next to log out and + add your new address first and then remove the old one.

I did it a few months ago, only took 10 minutes.
