Ive made a paypal business account for my business a longer time ago, but did not use it and wanted to start using it now for our e-shop. But now I have received a notification to update some information to verify our business. I got stuck on the first step where it asks about what we are selling. In the box Im supposed to write tags/keywords for the types of products we are selling or service we are providing. Which I did, but anything I write there, there is still an exclamation mark in red and it wont let me proceed with the other more important questions regarding our company, company verification and company roles etc. Can anyone help with this issue?
