Spurious address in send to:

During the last few months I have had problems with where goods have been sent.

On two occasions the address was completely unknown and also the my address changed by one character from Flat to flat. Very strange.

My address in the profile is correct.

My only option appears to be cancel the account and start again.

Contacting the help centre by phone did not resolve the issue. Advice was to contact the seller get a refund or change the address.

Unsatisfactory!
