Thanks, I don't know why it's not responding on my laptop, never had a problem before, until now when I needed to confirm my delivery address. Got round it by going to the transaction and copying and pasting from there. Hopefully the supplier will accept that as proof.

Thanks, I'm having a frustrating email conversation, where they answer what they think you've asked not what I've actually asked. Replied explaining again, waiting to see what the answer is. Thanks for help and advice.
