Sounds as if paypal suspect you are accepting friends / family payments for sales and negating paying your seller fees.

All you can do is give them the information that they request.

Hi, I got the similar problem, I rang them and I was told to provide all documents I can and wait 24-72 hours to get solved. If you are unsure, just ring them, number is in the Contact Us section.
