So I had fraudulent activity on my account. I reported it and it was refunded. However this morning I see wherein PayPal reserved my refund. Thus leaving me in the negative. How and/or why does this happen?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
