Is anyone able to answer when we would be able to receive money using Paypal in Montenegro. From our government (Montenegro) we got information that it is all about Paypal decision when it will happen.
Dear Paypal management, when you will consider this? We are in Paypal system since 2014, but only able to send money, which obviously is not fair for our people.
This really sucks people have a lot of businesses and plus with people it would work much more smoothie management of PayPal admins please for the love of God give us the ability to receive money with PayPal please
